The comparison is what tells the story
A single figure says neither good nor bad. So every period is shown against the one before it and against the same period of last year — and then it is the difference that is read, not the number.
From the invoices, not from a second sheet
The reports come from the same invoices and payments the file holds. There is no second sheet where figures are retyped by hand, so there is nowhere for the two to drift apart.
For the bank and for the meeting
When a report is needed outside the platform, it downloads as PDF or Excel with its period written on it.

The price of the service and the work it covers are set by a contract between you and us — we discuss them directly, not through a web page.
Three steps from the request to an open file
- The first request Fill in “Become a client” and confirm your email with the code we send you. A person at the office reads every request.
- We open your file We open your business file and set what you see and what your staff see, usually within one working day.
- Everything in one place You receive an email with the link to choose your password, and from then on the file stays open: invoices, returns, documents and deadlines are right where you left them.
Does it work from a phone?
Yes. The same site works on a phone and can be added to your home screen like an app. On a phone you can sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead of typing your password every time.
Who sees my documents and my data?
You, and the people at the office who work on your file. Access is granted by name and by type: an office employee sees only the clients and sections assigned to them, and anything not assigned appears neither in search nor through a typed-in address.
Every view, change and deletion is recorded in a trail that cannot be rewritten — so the question “who saw this?” always has an answer.
Can several people from my business have accounts?
Yes. One account can be linked to several businesses, and one business can have several people — each seeing only what is theirs to see. If you run two businesses, you see both from the same sign-in, without signing out and back in.
