A single figure says neither good nor bad. So every period is shown against the one before it and against the same period of last year — and then it is the difference that is read, not the number.
From the invoices, not from a second sheet
The reports come out of the same invoices and payments the folder holds. There is no second sheet where figures are rewritten by hand, so there is no place for those two to drift apart.
For the bank and for the meeting
When a report is needed outside the platform, it downloads as PDF or Excel with its period written on it.
Price
The price of the service and the work it covers are set by a contract between you and the office — those are discussed directly, not through a web page.
