All questionsHow do I switch to you from my current accountant?
Call or write to us, and we will tell you what we need to pick up where the work left off — usually the returns already filed, the payroll lists and the employment contracts. They are uploaded to your business file from a computer or a phone, and are in their place from day one.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the work your business needs — the number of invoices, employees and returns to be filed — and is set by a contract between you and us. The platform is not sold separately: it comes with the service.
Who sees my documents and my data?
You, and the people at the office who work on your file. Access is granted by name and by type: an office employee sees only the clients and sections assigned to them, and anything not assigned appears neither in search nor through a typed-in address.
Every view, change and deletion is recorded in a trail that cannot be rewritten — so the question “who saw this?” always has an answer.
Does it work from a phone?
Yes. The same site works on a phone and can be added to your home screen like an app. On a phone you can sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead of typing your password every time.
