A reminder that knows when to stop
A request once closed does not come back as a reminder. That is why this program's reminders still get read six months later: none of them has gone off for nothing.
The question stays in its own place
Your question and our answer stay with the invoice, the document or the period they belong to. A single conversation that holds everything looks simple on the first day and becomes unreadable in the third month.
Where notifications reach you
Notifications appear in the program, and can also reach your phone if you allow them in your profile. Nothing is sent without your permission, and permission is withdrawn from the same place it is given.
Price
The price of the service and the work it covers are set by a contract between you and us — we discuss them directly, not through a web page.
Three steps from the request to an open file
- The first request Fill in “Become a client” and confirm your email with the code we send you. A person at the office reads every request.
- We open your file We open your business file and set what you see and what your staff see, usually within one working day.
- Everything in one place You receive an email with the link to choose your password, and from then on the file stays open: invoices, returns, documents and deadlines are right where you left them.
Will I be notified of deadlines?
Your business's deadlines are in the calendar and on the obligations page, and we send you a reminder for those that need something from you. Notifications can also reach your phone if you allow them in your profile.
Does it work from a phone?
Yes. The same site works on a phone and can be added to your home screen like an app. On a phone you can sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead of typing your password every time.
What language does the platform work in?
Albanian and English. The language is changed from the “View” menu and stays chosen for you, without touching what others see.
