The form that fits the work
Sole proprietor, partnership or LLC — we choose together once you tell us what you will do and with whom. The form decides the books that are kept and the filings that follow.
KBRA registration, prepared
We prepare the application to the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (KBRA) with the documents you give us, and tell you what is missing before it is filed.
The business certificate and the unique identification number (NUI) are kept in the business file as soon as they are issued.
In order from the first month
VAT registration when the business needs it, and the first employees with the Kosovo Pension Savings Trust and TAK — so the first month closes like any other.
Price
The price of the service and the work it covers are set by a contract between you and us — we discuss them directly, not through a web page.
Three steps from the request to an open file
- The first request Fill in “Become a client” and confirm your email with the code we send you. A person at the office reads every request.
- We open your file We open your business file and set what you see and what your staff see.
- Everything in one place You receive an email with the link to choose your password, and from then on the file stays open: invoices, returns, documents and deadlines are right where you left them.
How is an account opened?
Request one on the “Become a client” page or with a call to the office. Once you confirm your email with the code we send you, the request reaches the office — and nothing opens automatically: a person at the office reviews it and links it to your business. You then receive an email with the name of whoever approved it and the link to choose your username and password.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the work your business needs — the number of invoices, employees and returns to be filed — and is set by a contract between you and us. The platform is not sold separately: it comes with the service.
How do I send documents to the office?
Upload them straight into your business file from the Documents page — from a computer or a phone, even as a photo of a paper. A document uploaded twice is recognised and not added a second time.
