Terms of use

The rules for using this platform: the account, each side's responsibilities and the limits of the service.

Last updated 07.09.2026

1. What this text covers

These terms govern the use of the platform — the site, the account and what is done inside it. They do not replace the accounting service contract between you and the office: the work performed, the deadlines and the price live there. Where the two speak about the same thing, the contract prevails.

The platform is provided by AT PARTNERS LLC.

2. The account

  • Accounts are opened or approved by the office. A self-registration is a request, not access: it is reviewed before the door opens.
  • An account is personal. Sharing the password with someone else destroys the one thing that makes the audit trail worth anything — the name of whoever performed the action.
  • The password is yours to keep. If you suspect someone else knows it, change it at once and tell the office; the «My sign-ins» page shows from which device and when someone signed in.
  • The office may require two-step verification, or limit sign-in to the office network, to a zone or to a schedule. These are limits on your account, not a punishment.

3. How it is used

The platform is used for the work you were given access for. Specifically, it is not allowed:

  • to try to reach data that is not yours, including by editing the address in the browser;
  • to upload harmful files or content unrelated to the file;
  • to extract data with automated tools, or to load the system with repeated requests;
  • to pass on to others the data you see here, except where the law or the contract allows it.

4. What each side owes

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents you submit and for submitting them on time. A filing made without an invoice that never arrived is not the office's mistake.

The office is responsible for processing what it receives professionally, for keeping it safe, and for keeping your file open and complete.

5. Availability

The platform aims to be available at all times, but uninterrupted operation is not promised: maintenance, a power or internet outage and updates may stop it temporarily. Data is not lost to an outage — backups are taken regularly — but tax deadlines do not move with it, so work with a deadline should not be left to the last hour.

6. Limits of liability

The office is liable for damage arising from its own work, under the contract and the law. It is not liable for consequences arising from data that was inaccurate or late on your side, from the loss of your password, or from causes beyond its control.

7. Closing the account

You may ask for your account to be closed at any time. The office may suspend it when these terms are broken or when the relationship ends. After closing, the data is handled as described in the notice on data protection: what must be kept by law is kept, the rest is removed.

8. Changes and applicable law

When these terms change, the date above changes with them, and material changes are announced inside the program. For anything not written here, the law of the country where the office operates applies.
