Tax filings

The office prepares and files your entity's returns, and every period is tracked as an item of its own: prepared, filed, or still open. What stays open is not left for someone to remember.

Every period has a place of its own

An entity's periods are not held in anyone's memory — they exist as rows. When a period passes without a return, it appears as a named gap on the obligations page, not as a blank someone happens to spot.

This is why an old period is found with a search rather than a phone call: it has stayed where it was, with the form and the date it belongs to.

Filing does not close the work

A filed return is kept in the entity's folder together with its form and its period. Next year, when someone asks what was filed and when, the answer is there — not in a box of paper, and not in the memory of whoever did it.

You see the same thing we see

Your entity's folder stays open: what has been filed, what is pending, and what needs something from you. There is no need to ask the office to find out where a period stands.

Price

The price of the service and the work it covers are set by a contract between you and the office — those are discussed directly, not through a web page.
