How do I send documents to the office?
Upload them straight into your business file from the Documents page — from a computer or a phone, even as a photo of a paper. A document uploaded twice is recognised and not added a second time.
Will I be notified of deadlines?
Your business's deadlines are in the calendar and on the obligations page, and we send you a reminder for those that need something from you. Notifications can also reach your phone if you allow them in your profile.
Does it work from a phone?
Yes. The same site works on a phone and can be added to your home screen like an app. On a phone you can sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead of typing your password every time.
What language does the platform work in?
Albanian and English. The language is changed from the “View” menu and stays chosen for you, without touching what others see.
